Baby Blanket

Here's an small and easy but very pretty baby blanket that any new mother would love to have.

Use the yarn of your choice and appropriate size needles.
Cast on 4 stitches.
Rows 1-3: Knit
Row 4: K1, inc 2 times, K1. You should have 6 stitches on your needle.
Row 5: Slip 1, YO, K to end of row.
Repeat row 5 until the blanket is as wide as desired, but at least 18 inches.
Begin decrease rows: Slip 1, K1, K2tog, YO, K2tog, K to end of row.
Repeat this decrease row until 5 stitches remain.
Next row: Slip 1, K1, K2tog, K1
Bind off 4 stitches.

We have in stock the full range of colors of Rowan's Pure Life Cotton and Tahki's Sky. Both have been grown, harvested, and dyed in such a way as they are environmentally friendly.

Two new sock yarns from Berroco called Sox, and Comfort Sox are also available. The colors are vibrant and both have a great hand.
